A Message from Our CEO
A certificate is worth no more than the integrity of the body that issues it. That single conviction has shaped everything we have built at ACS-GP.
We deliver certification and training with uncompromising transparency, impartiality and fairness. These are not aspirations but operating standards, applied consistently to every organisation we serve, whatever its size or sector.
For many years I have spoken openly about a conflict of interest the industry has too readily accepted: a certification body paid directly for the very certificate it awards. We have chosen a different path. Through our Third Party Independent Auditor Scheme, which operates under the control of the accreditation body rather than the certification body, audit judgement is held firmly independent of commercial interest.
It is in that same spirit that we pioneered our Gold & Silver Rating Certification programme, structured so that conflict of interest is reduced to the absolute minimum and the credibility of every decision is protected.
An ISO certificate issued by ACS-GP is therefore far more than a document. It is an independent affirmation of an organisation's genuine commitment to, and compliance with, its management system. That is the standard we hold ourselves to, and the assurance we extend to every client.
