How It Works

From application to active member in five steps.

Membership is based on evidence, not just payment. Here is exactly what happens.

01

Choose your standard

Pick the ISO standard, or standards, you audit against, such as ISO 9001, 14001 or 45001.

02

Upload your evidence

Add your auditor training certificate and proof of your audit experience.

03

We review it

Our technical team checks your qualifications and experience against the level you chose.

04

Pay once approved

When your evidence is accepted, you pay a simple yearly membership fee.

05

Start auditing

Get your digital card and join the network we draw on for audits near you.

  • Record each audit with dates, standard, hours and your role
  • Attach supporting documents as evidence
  • Track your ongoing professional development
  • Hold experience across several ISO standards in one place

The Detail

What we check when you apply.

Open each topic to see exactly what evidence we look for.

Qualifications
We accept recognised lead auditor training, plus any relevant academic or professional certificates. We assess each application against the standard you choose to be a member for.
Audit experience
Higher levels need proof that you have taken part in real audits, with your role clearly shown (for example, auditor or lead auditor) and reasonable coverage of the standard.
Logbook evidence
Your digital logbook should record the date, standard, hours and your role, with supporting documents where allowed, so our reviewers can see your full audit history at a glance.
Ongoing development (CPD)
We track your continuing professional development so your skills stay current, in line with what is expected of professional auditors.
Code of conduct and ethics
Members agree to act with impartiality, confidentiality, integrity and professionalism. Serious breaches can lead to review, suspension or removal of membership.
